1. FIRSTLY PLEASE SEND DETAILS OF YOUR MEMORABILIA TO US
You can send images and descriptions of your memorabilia to us by the following methods:
(a) By using our Free Valuations web form on this site.
(b) By emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
(c) By messaging us on our Facebook Page.
(d) By WhatsApp on 07922950268.
(e) By SMS on 07812345841.
(f) By sending photocopies or photographs through the post to Tracks Ltd., PO Box 117, Chorley, Lancashire, PR6 0QR, England.
(g) You can also ring our office number on 01257 269726 to provide us with details.
2. SECONDLY WE MAKE AN OFFER FOR YOUR MEMORABILIA
Once you have received an offer, considered it, and have decided to go ahead please contact us to let us know. Or if you just want to discuss any aspect of a possible transaction further you are welcome to ring us for any reason. We only respond to offers of memorabilia in which we are interested.
3. THIRDLY WE MAKE PAYMENT
Once you have accepted our offer we will write to you to discuss the various methods of payment available to you. These are:
UK Payments -
(a) PayPal - In this instance, we would need your PayPal address, full mailing address and telephone number. Please note that as this is a business transaction any payment sent using PayPal must be done via the Goods & Services option and as such fees apply which we are, unfortunately, unable to absorb.
(b) Bank Transfer -
(i) Please e-mail a copy of your ID (such as passport or driving licence), a recent utility bill bearing your present address, telephone number and your banks details (name on account, sort code and account number). Once we have received these details, we will make the bank transfer. We need this personal information as we have not dealt with you previously and we are sending payment in advance.
(ii) If you are unable to provide ID and a utility bill, please send the goods to us first together with your bank details and we will make a bank transfer for the items once we receive your package.
(c) Cheque - If you prefer, we will send you a cheque for the total amount of the goods and once it is cleared you can then send the item(s) to us. Please would you send us your full mailing address, telephone number and to whom we should make the cheque payable.
(d) In Person - At our office by appointment.
International Payments -
(a) PayPal - In this instance, we would need your PayPal address. Please note that as this is a business transaction any payment sent using PayPal must be done via the Goods & Services option and as such fees apply which we are, unfortunately, unable to absorb.
(b) Bank Transfer - Please supply your telephone number and we will call you to discuss making arrangements for a bank transfer and to discuss how to send the item(s) to us.
4. FINALLY WE ADVISE ON POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
Once you have received payment, we will advise you on how we propose to have your memorabilia packed and sent to us. In all instances, we pay for the cost of postage and packaging or courier collection, and we take all responsibility for loss and damage in transit, providing you pack the goods adequately.
